What are we feeding our customers?
At Chocolate, we use local organic produce, and imported Italian cheeses. The menu choices range from light meals to the most extreme in chocolate decadence.

We prepare your lunch or dinner with organic produce from:
- Live Earth Farms
- Groundswell Farms
- Pinnacle Farms
These are a few of our local sources:
- Our baked pasta dishes are made with fresh pasta from Bigoli Pasta; using GMO-free flour.
- Our bread is made here at Chocolat every morning, using only certified organic flour, olive oil and salt.
- We make our gluten free bread right here.
- The chocolate we use in infusing our cocktails is from Mutari-White Label in Watsonville. It is single variety Criollo cacao. For our desserts and sauces we currently use Guittard chocolate, made in the nearby bay area.
- Our espresso drinks are made with organic coffee from Alta Organics Coffee in Santa Cruz.
- Our Chicken is free-range, from Mary’s Chicken, San Joachin Valley.
- Our Gelato is from The Latest Scoop in Berkeley.
- We offer spirits by Venus Distillery of Santa Cruz for our cocktails.
We feature locally made beers from Discretion Brewery, We offer a variety of full-bodied smooth reds and crisp-dry white wines from the Santa Cruz area here in Central California and from Italy.
